Good morning everybody. Welcome to THE PAPER SHELTER blog hop. We're having this to celebrate their 3rd birthday on 8th December. It will be a two week challenge and both design teams are taking part. You will find the order to hop in at the bottom of this post. Each teamies name is a link to their blog.
The Hop is our way of inviting you to join in with us and the theme is 'Special Birthday'. If you have landed here from Eva's blog, then you're heading in the right direction - if not then you'll need to head on back to The Paper Shelter to start again, as you'll not want to miss out on this one! Our Design Teams have worked very hard and are showcasing the gorgeous images available from The Paper Shelter Website and each blog on the hop is offering one lucky commenter a digi of their choice as well as the main prize, details of which you'll find over at the main challenge blog.

For my card I chose to use this adorable image called 'Sophie in the Country' and she's available to buy HERE.
I did something I've never done before for this card and that's to use a stencil and no paper whatsoever. Sophie is coloured with Promarkers and then I fussy cut her and mounted her on foam pads in front of the scene. I added three paper roses to her fence and one to her hat to finish off. Got to be honest though, I'm not sure if I'll be using a stencil again, lol. Oh yeah, forgot..the stencil is made by Imagination Crafts.

So, onwards with your journey. From here you will need to hop on over to Merkhari's blog. Don't forget to leave your comment for a chance of winning your choice of one of the fab digis available in store.
Hop! Hop! Hop!
Good luck and I hope you're enjoying it so far.
